I’m a patient, not a doctor, and I’m a referral partner of Clinicana: I may earn a referral fee if someone books with them after joining my members area. Clinicana is one of the seven providers below, listed in its alphabetical place like the others. My editorial, affiliate and medical policy explains how that works.
This page lists the prices that seven providers publish for a hair transplant in Turkey, and what each package says it includes, so you can make sense of any quote you’re given. Six are clinics and one, Longevita, is a UK facilitator that arranges treatment at independent clinics. It covers seven providers only. It isn’t a market average and it isn’t a ranking. For what you’d pay for your own number of grafts, see my hair transplant cost in Turkey guide.
The cheapest hotel package published by each of the three clinics quoting hotel packages in euros is €2,390 (Smile Hair Clinic Gold), €2,850 (Clinicana Standard) and €2,950 (Medart Hair Premium, a cash-payment price). Elithair starts at £2,849. Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic lists standard packages from $3,000, though its own graft-count figures start lower. Compare within a currency only.
In short
- There are three currencies here, so compare within one only.
- Top tiers, where published, run from €4,500 to €5,790, often with an extra bundled in: stem cells, exosomes, a double session or supplements.
- Before comparing, check hotel nights, graft basis, who does which step and add-ons.

What the seven providers publish
These are the prices as each page showed them when I read it on 22 October 2026, in the currency it uses, with nothing converted. Providers are in alphabetical order, not price order, and packages within a provider run from lowest to highest price. A row goes in the first table if the published price includes hotel nights, and in the second if it doesn’t, or if the page doesn’t make clear what it includes.
Packages that include a hotel
| Provider | Package as named | Published price | Hotel nights | What the page says is included | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clinicana | Standard | €2,850 | 2 (Naz City Hotel, 4-star) | VIP transfers, 1 consultation, medication, blood tests, aftercare products; up to 4,000 grafts; who does which step not stated | Clinicana pricing page |
| Clinicana | Stem Cell VIP | €5,500 | 4 | For selected cases only: stem cell therapy by a specialist doctor, general anaesthesia | Clinicana pricing page |
| Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic | Standard packages | $3,000 to $4,500 (a range) | Not stated | Pre-op assessment, surgery, PRP, hair growth kit, hotel and transfers (see the note below the table) | Dr Serkan Aygin cost page |
| Elithair | All-inclusive, “from” | £2,849 | 2 | DHI, VIP transfer, PRP, medication and care pack; says the final price depends on the graft count (“4,000 to 5,500 grafts from £3,249”); who does which step not stated | Elithair cost page |
| Medart Hair | Premium | €2,950 (cash payment) | 3, 4-star | Hairline and incisions by a certified doctor; PRP, VIP transfers, aftercare; graft count not stated | Medart packages page |
| Medart Hair | Elite | €3,750 (cash payment) | 3, 5-star | As Premium, plus stem cell therapy | Medart packages page |
| Medart Hair | Luxury | €4,500 (cash payment) | 3, 5-star luxury | As Elite, plus 6-month supplements | Medart packages page |
| Smile Hair Clinic | Gold | €2,390 | Not stated | Hotel, VIP transfers, medication, blood tests, PRP and a year of follow-up in every package; “graft count never changes the price”; Gold and Platinum are its standard tier, where a doctor plans the case and designs the hairline | Smile cost page |
| Smile Hair Clinic | Platinum | €3,290 | 2, 5-star | As Gold | Smile cost page |
| Smile Hair Clinic | Diamond | €5,790 | Not stated | As Gold, plus exosome therapy; the founding doctors or the head doctor do the procedure | Smile cost page |
The entry prices in euros run from €2,390 to €2,950, but the packages behind them aren’t alike. Medart labels its three prices “cash payment”, and its page doesn’t say what the price is for other payment methods.
Two notes. Clinicana’s pricing page also lists Premium (€3,000, 3 nights, 2 consultations with a day between them), Exosome (€3,950, shown reduced from €4,200 with no end date, 3 nights, exosome therapy by a plastic surgeon) and Premium Mega DHI (€4,500, a double session over 2 days, 3 nights). They’re left out of the table so that no provider has more rows than the others. Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic’s page also gives 3,000 grafts as “$2,500 to $3,200” and 4,000 grafts as “$2,400 to $5,500”, and doesn’t reconcile those with its package range.
Prices without a hotel package, or with unclear inclusions
| Provider | What it publishes | Published price | What the page says | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Asmed | A per-graft fee | €3.5 per graft | The number of grafts comes from an individual assessment; consultation, blood analysis and ECG are in the price; no hotel is mentioned | Asmed cost page |
| Clinicana | Basic | €2,500 | Operation only: medication, blood tests, aftercare products, 1 consultation, up to 4,000 grafts; no hotel or transfers | Clinicana pricing page |
| Longevita (a UK facilitator; the clinics are independent) | Treatment prices | FUE £1,650; Sapphire FUE and DHI £1,950 | A summer discount of £500 takes these to £1,150 and £1,450 until 30 October 2026. The promotion terms say “prices shown are for treatment only”; the FAQ on the same page says the price is “inclusive of surgery, medication and recovery support”. I haven’t tried to resolve that. | Longevita Turkey page |
Where a provider’s own pages disagree, I used the package or pricing page and noted the difference. Medart’s comparison table, further down the same page, also describes an “Essential” package “starting at €1,995” and gives Premium as “starting at €3,450” and Luxury as “starting at €5,800”. The package cards I read show Premium, Elite and Luxury at €2,950, €3,750 and €4,500, so those are the figures above. Clinicana’s June 2026 blog quotes lower starting prices for FUE than its pricing page does. I’ve used the pricing page.
What a price does not include
Clinicana, Smile Hair Clinic and Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic say flights are outside their prices, and no package here says it includes them. Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic’s page also estimates $40 to $200 for food and $50 to $250 for tourism (its own estimate). The other costs I’d ask about are extra hotel nights, a second session if your plan needs one, and any extra PRP or other therapy added later.
Avoid being overcharged covers the extras I’d ask about, and the cost calculator adds up your own trip.
Why the same headline price can mean different things
Four differences show up in the tables:
- Hotel nights run from none (Clinicana Basic) to four (Clinicana Stem Cell VIP), and several packages don’t say.
- Graft basis differs. Clinicana Basic and Standard say “up to 4,000”, Smile says the count never changes the price, Elithair says the price depends on the count, and Asmed charges per graft.
- Who does which step is stated at only some tiers: Medart says a certified doctor does the hairline and incisions, and Smile says the founding or head doctors do Diamond. For most rows the page says nothing, and the tier names don’t tell you.
- Add-ons such as stem cells or exosomes are bundled into the top tiers, which is what lifts those prices.
Take Smile Gold (€2,390) and Clinicana Standard (€2,850). Smile says the graft count never changes the price and doesn’t state hotel nights for Gold. Clinicana says up to 4,000 grafts, two nights at a 4-star hotel and one consultation. On this evidence I can’t call either one the better deal. Each leaves a different question to put to the clinic. How packages are put together, and how to choose one, is on my hair transplant package page.

What four of the seven say about prices in Turkey
Each of these is the provider’s own statement about the market, not mine, and each provider is selling something. Clinicana’s statement is about its competitors and I’m its partner, so treat that one with extra care.
| Provider | Its own statement about prices in Turkey | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Clinicana | Published FUE prices elsewhere in Turkey: €1,500 to €3,500 | Clinicana cost guide |
| Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic | Average hair transplant in Turkey: $1,800 to $8,000 | Dr Serkan Aygin cost page |
| Longevita | Average cost in Turkey: £1,100 to £4,400 | Longevita Turkey page |
| Smile Hair Clinic | Typical hair transplant in Turkey: $2,000 to $5,000 (the page also shows about €1,750 to €4,500) | Smile cost page |
The top of each range is between 2.3 and 4.4 times the bottom, and the ranges don’t match each other, so “the average price in Turkey” isn’t one number. For why Turkey is cheaper at all, see why Turkey is cheaper for a hair transplant, and for what a low price can cost you, cheap hair transplant Turkey. How this was collected
- Check date. Each provider’s public pages were read on 22 October 2026. No quotes were requested and nobody was phoned.
- Which providers. Clinics and facilitators whose pages came up in UK Google searches for Turkey hair transplant prices in October 2026 and that publish a price I could read, plus Clinicana, because I’m its partner and you should see its numbers beside the others. Clinicana did not come up in those searches. Showing up in Google says nothing about quality, and I’m not endorsing anyone here. This is not a complete list. For choosing between clinics, see best hair transplant clinics in Turkey.
- Providers looked at and left out. Three that came up in those searches: one’s cost page wouldn’t load when I checked, one’s returned “page not found”, and the page I read from the third covers UK prices and gave no Turkish package price. If any publishes a price I can read, I’ll add it.
- What a row is. One row per published package, with the price as shown, in the provider’s currency. No conversions, no averages, no per-graft sums. Discounts are shown in the row, with the end date where the page gives one.
- Which page wins. If a provider’s pricing page and another page disagree, the pricing page is the source and the difference is noted.
- Review profiles. The Trustpilot profiles I read for my hair transplant Turkey reviews page, for five providers other than Clinicana (I didn’t read Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic’s): Asmed, Elithair, Longevita, Medart Hair and Smile Hair Clinic.
- Corrections. A provider or a reader can ask for a correction through the contact page. Every change goes in the log below with its date, whoever asks.
- Re-run. Every row is re-checked each quarter. The next check is January 2027, and the Longevita row will be re-checked once its promotion ends.
- Conflict of interest. I’m a referral partner of Clinicana. No link on this page carries a referral code.

Questions about these prices
Why is one provider’s price lower than another’s? They aren’t like-for-like packages, so the price alone doesn’t tell you which is cheaper. The hotel, graft and add-on details in the tables show why.
Can I rely on these prices? They’re what each page said on 22 October 2026. A page can change at any time and a final quote can differ once the clinic has reviewed your photos and graft estimate, so ask for the total price in writing before you pay a deposit.
How much does a particular number of grafts cost? Only some providers publish anything tied to graft count: Asmed charges €3.5 per graft, Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic gives separate ranges for 3,000 and 4,000 grafts, Elithair says its price depends on the count, and Smile says the count never changes the price. For a typical 3,000 or 5,000-graft price, the graft-count tables are in my hair transplant cost in Turkey guide. Questions to put to any clinic in writing are on questions to ask a hair transplant clinic.
What did you pay? €2,850 for the Standard package at Clinicana in January 2025, with my own money, before there was any referral relationship. Clinicana’s Standard package is published at €2,850 today. Inclusions can change, so don’t assume the package is the same.
