Here are my own results based on my hair transplant at Clinicana Hair Transplant & Esthetic Surgeries.
I would say that my results are fairly typical although I maybe had slightly slower recovery and worse healing due to having sensitve skin. I therefore experienced a red scalp for quite some time after the procedure as well as shock loss on the side of my head.
Here’s a full breakdown of hair transplant results from day 1 to month 7 after my Clinicana hair transplant. Therefore, you get the before, after AND during the healing/growth cycle!
If you want to know more about which Clinicana package I used, if I have any regrets, and answer to the most common questions then check out my full Clinincana review here.
Let’s start with the before image of myself. This shows the extent to my baldness.
Day 1
This image was taken from my hotel room the morning after my hair transplant. You can see full bandaging on my head and there’s quite a lot of scabbing and blood. I headed for my scalp wash at the Clinicana clinic shortly after this and it looked a lot better after that
Day 2
This image shows me in the Clinicana head band, which is used to stop swelling from dropping down into your face. I experienced swelling for about 3 days post-procedure. If I took the band off my face would start to swell but an ice pack soon reduced the swelling. My scalp already looks a lot better with fewer scabs and stubbly hair showing.
Day 7
7 days after the transplant I still have some stubborn scabs but most of my scabs are now gone. Most of my implants are still in (for now!).
Day 14
My scalp is starting to look much better. Almost all scabs have gone and although the scalp still looks a little pink it has healed pretty well.
The back is also healing well. The hair doesnt look great at the back due to it being different lengths but you can see how quickly the back grows back.
6 Weeks
Having had quite fast healing in the first 2 weeks it was frustrating at the 6 week stage because I still had a pink head and most of my implants had shed. This is quite common and normal, but it doesn’t happen to everyone. This was a hard stage because you wonder if or when you hair will finally start to come in. I also had shock loss on the side of my head, which is much less common. It doesn’t look great so I continued to wear a hat when I was out and about.
16 Weeks
At 16 weeks quite a lot more hair is coming through although still not a full covering. There is still a little bit of pinkness on my scalp. I still wore a cap sometimes but it didn’t look too bad at this point.
5 Months
My hair was coming through nicely. Still not as thick as natural hair but a good covering and I was started to get excited about what was to come! My shock loss was totally gone by this point somy entire head was looking good.
6 Months
I was delighted with the results from transplant by this point. I long since stopped wearing hats and was enjoying a lot o compliments about my new hairline. It still wasn’t full thick but it was certainly good enough to style and feel confident with.
7 Months
My hair keeps getting thicker an thicker. The hair itself is a little course and “fluffy” compared to my normal hair, which is normal. I’m still several months away from getting the end result but so far it looks great and I’m already delighted with the results.

Fue una buena experiencia, nos guiaron durante todo el proceso. Muy recomendadoPosted on Federico De LucaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Haja and Valentina were super helpful throughout the process. In the package you have all included without hidden costs. Hotel is with high standards and it is placed 200 meters from the clinic. They have an internal restaurant, but the food is a bit pricy for the quality they offer. The doctors are very professional and they all speak English, so easy to communicate. Thank you. ☺️Posted on Juan CabreraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience at Clinicana.
